Yours: Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Brevo, or whatever you already pay for. We write the sequences and the if/then rules, set them up in your account, and you approve before anything goes live.
Do emails go out without my approval?
Never on setup. New sequences and campaigns are approved by you before activation; once a flow is running, it runs on the rules you approved.
