My books are a mess. Can you still start?
Yes. Plan on the first month including some catch-up, and anything we can't categorize confidently gets flagged and asked about rather than guessed. If the backlog is truly deep, we'll say so in the quote and price the cleanup separately, honestly.
What do you need from me each month?
One email: your transaction data pasted as a CSV or shared as a link, ideally with the memo column included. That's the whole job on your side. The report comes back within five business days.
Does this replace my accountant?
No, and it isn't meant to. Harbor produces management-use reports that make your numbers legible month to month. Your CPA still handles year-end and tax, and gets cleaner inputs because of us.
